Terms of Use
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms apply to the Pour Decisions Craft mobile app and its web version (the "App"), provided by San Jose Pour Decisions LLC and its affiliated Pour Decisions Craft locations ("Pour Decisions", "we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You sign in with a mobile phone number you control, and you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You can delete your account at any time in the App or at api.pourdecisionscraft.com/account/delete.
Ordering and pickup
- Menus, prices and availability are set by each location and can change. If an item sells out after you order, the shop will contact you or refund that item.
- Orders are for pickup at the location you choose, at the time shown in the App.
- To request a change or cancellation of a paid order, email hello@
pourdecisionscraft.com with your order number and the shop you ordered from. Refunds are handled by the shop and go back to your original payment method. - Alcoholic drinks are sold only to guests 21 or older and require valid ID at pickup. We may refuse service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square on a secure Square checkout page, and Square's terms apply to the payment. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Rewards
Pour Decisions Rewards runs through Square. You earn points on eligible purchases in the App and in our shops, as described in the App. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted for returns, refunds or errors. Member tiers, perks and bonus offers are described in the App. We may change or end the rewards program, its tiers, perks or bonus offers, and we will give notice in the App of material changes where practical.
Gift cards
Pour Decisions gift cards are issued through Square and can be used at participating Pour Decisions locations. They do not expire and carry no fees. They are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it; for example, in California a balance under $10 can be cashed out on request. Treat your gift card number like cash: anyone who has the number may be able to use the balance. We are not responsible for balances used before you tell us a card was lost or stolen.
Acceptable use
Please do not interfere with the App, access it by automated means, try to get around sign-in limits, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
